3-AXIS ULTRASONIC FOOD CUTTER SC-3A

SFS-60P Semiautomatic Ultrasonic Soft-tube Sealer
- Upgrade model of SFS-50P. Tube orientation is added.Tubes are fed onto the tube holders of the rotary table by the operator. Tube Orientation, Filling, Sealing, Batch Typing, Tube end Cutting, and Ejecting processes are automatic operations.
- The filling nozzle is equipped with vacuum devices, so that the filling does not drip. Tolerance of filling volume in full stroke:±1-2%.
- Color Touch Panel HMI is installed; operation is easier. All setting and parameters input are through the HMI screen. In addition, required information; such as monitoring data and malfunction messages; are also shown on this screen.
